If you live for the average lifespan of 78 years, you have 28,470 days to live from the moment you are born. 

You will spend 25 of these years asleep, leaving you with just 19,345 waking days. If you start working at 20 years of age and retire at 65 [working only 40 hours per week] you will spend around 4,000 of those days at work. We don’t have a huge amount of time do we? And many of us spend a fair slab of that time at work. So we better make it count!
